Over the last few weeks I have gotten a good amount of feedback as to why people think diseases continue to evolve, and last week I published my first article as to some tricks and techniques to help with blue light exposure from electronic devices. In this weeks lesson, I will go over what blue light does to certain organ systems that we forget about, and why we need to pay attention to these factors.
The first system I will address this week that will get ravaged by the blue light spectrum is the visual system. Now, most folks think that the visual system is limited to the eyes alone, but there multiple factors that actually have effects on the visual field. The first one is referred to as the seat of the soul in ancient medical text and that is the pineal gland.
Many do not know that the central location of this anatomical structure did not inhibit the formation of photoreceptive mechanisms forming throughout to stimulate responsive natures within. Technically, the system does not receive any light, but is that really true? Since blue light like a blue laser can penetrate deeply the stimulation factors of the pineal gland are not understood. Yet, its photoreceptive mechanics do state that if bombarded enough there could be effects beyond our understanding. Why do I even talk about something that is experimentally still being explored? It is because just like technology and its effects are being demonstrated currently, so is the human bodies response to these said technologies. Here is the cascade of events that I propose happen in overstimulation of the said mechanism.
The eyes and pineal gland become stimulated by the blue light which causes a malfunction of not only the brain and hormone system but also in the operation of the cranial nerves. The major cranial nerve that has massive bodily effects is the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve will then cause your meridian channels to lose balance and you become hypo (understimulated) or hypertonic (overstimulated) as exposure increases.

Here is the cascade of events that I propose happen in overstimulation of the said mechanism. The eyes and pineal gland become stimulated by the blue light which causes a malfunction of not only the brain and hormone system but also in the operation of the cranial nerves which control many major functions. This is not limited to vision, muscle coordination, tension mechanics, and taste. The major cranial nerve that has massive bodily effects is the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve will then cause your meridian channels to lose balance and you become hypo (understimulated) or hypertonic (overstimulated) as exposure increases.
The next major organ that is compromised during excessive blue light exposure is the Thymus. Now technically, the thymus helps with the evolution of growth in young children all the way into adulthood, however, there are critical factors that the thymus controls and those are your endocrine and immune system. Since the thymus is actually externally exposed compared to other glandular organs in the body it can become stimulated with superficial light sources. What would happen if you become so overstimulated from an early age that your thymus begins to decrease in size or release too many immunological cells? Your body would go into a total revolution of itself causing systemic panic. In Chinese medicine, there is a technique that uses the area of the thymus as an aperture or gateway. The stimulation factor in this method of energy transfer is in fact focused on light frequencies. The most potent being blue light to help the overall meridian system regain health and function from trauma and or challenges to flow.

The most potent being blue light to help the overall meridian system regain health and function from trauma and or challenges to flow in proper amounts. Thus, it actually unifies the new and revealing evidence that light sources stimulate the deeper channels of your body more than you know.
The tip for this week is to filter out blue light from your home. They do sell blue light filtering tape in biohacking shops like these. https://biohacked.com/product/truedarkdots/
Or you can use some electrical tape. :) As long as it blocks out the light then you are good to go. I have my router which has lots of blue light emissions on its front panel blocked off.
It has helped me sleep, and also work without having to worry about the constant bombardment and tired feeling that comes from its placement. Give it a try and let me know how you do. Should you have questions, please do drop me a note. :)
